Delegate bags: All attendees who registered and received a receipt
(and are thus on our guest list) will get a lanyard and badge with notebook
as well as a delegate bag with pens, etc – and a (free to enter) raffle ticket.
Please wear your badge at all times. This ensures your entry, including access to lunch, for the day(s) you booked.
Is available in the exhibitor room, and is complimentary. No password needed.
For exhibitors, electric sockets are available – don’t forget to bring an extension lead.

You can set up the night before, from 8-10pm (we will be there by 8pm to greet you).
Setting up can also take place from 8am on 30 June.

Raffles will take place by exhibitors’ stands in the refreshment and lunch breaks.
We will provide pens and notepads – and Powerpoint presentations will be available to you after the conference.
